Made my nails bleed , put 10 coats of polish so my nails are now chunky over charged me for a fill and I asked politely to fix my nails she ignored me severely timed and I told her they over charged and she just stared at me so I did not tip , worst experience I was upset leaving and had to fix my nails on my own

Awful! Do not go here! They have no idea what they are doing and you will be seriously disappointed and put money.

Just great have foot fungus again from your salon! I have never had foot fungus yet you have given it to me twice! Awful place will never go again. Also my gel nails lasted a week. Yuck

My experience was horrible! I was the only one in the salon and it was very cold in there. The room was very dirty dusty with dust everywhere more so than what it should be even at a salon. I picked up my nail polish and then was directed to sit down in the pedi chair. I handed the nail polish to the lady who went off to gather supplies. When she came back she asked me for the polish. I told her I gave it to her and she argued know that I have it. I did not have it but she asked me to check my pocket in my purse and my coat. I did so assured her that I did not have it in which she asked me to look again. Annoyed I looked again and still did not have it. The water in the pedi chair was cold and when I mentioned it she did nothing to alter the temperature. She made one of my toes bleeding and it was very uncomfortable. Then we went to the manicure station where she made absolutely no effort in making conversation or anything. And the TVs are not working they just kept loading they must be on some sort of Internet TV. Anyway before it was over I have a finger on both hands leading my nails look OK not great and I did not even get lotion on my hands. I will never return there!

I have never had someone rush so quickly to get my pedicure over with. He was more concerned about the other people waiting that he had no disregard to MY time. It was the most uncomfortable experience I have Ever had at a salon. My nail beds hurt on three of my toes where he sliced into my cuticle. The man doing my toes was very rude and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Worst customer service and not very clean. I had to soak my feet the next day in Epsom salts hoping I won't get an infection from the cuts that I have.
Terrible!
