I am very disappointed in the treatment I received. When I booked my appointment, I explained that I needed someone really good because I have very fine hair and needed an experienced person. I was told all were very experienced so I felt confident that I would receive a good perm. To start with the Operator would not roll the front curler back as I instructed. She gave me a flat NO! I told her want I wanted and did not have my glasses on so I thought she rolled what I wanted. Well after she took the curlers out, I found that she stopped rolling high on the sides and all around. It looked ridiculous and I felt like crying. She said I can perm it but I did not want to set through another whole perm and just wanted to get out of there. When I went to the car and looked into the mirror, I knew it had to be permed down farther. I went back in and had it permed. The back looks terrible and the sides above and behind my ears is hit and missed permed. I asked her to perm it down to about two inches from the bottom and down to an inch above the sideburn by showing her with my fingers. This perm is a disaster. During the perm she informed me that she did nails and pedicures. This explains the problem and tells me that I did not get an experienced hairdresser, but instead I was not a regular so I was given an inexperienced person to keep her busy. This is my feeling and I will not be back nor can I recommend your shop. I was looking for a "home" a regular place to go. I also want to ad that I told her NO when she offered hair spay or light mousse, she completely ignored my wishes and said , well light mousse then and used it. I have never in my li8fe had a person be so arrogant when working with my hair and I had my first perm at 5 years old and have had many, many perms over my life time. I paid $60.00 for a perm that I will have to go somewhere else and pay to try and make it acceptable, if I can because she cut the back so short. I saw quality work by others in the shop, but I was given the Nail/pedicure person and others had to hear and no one came to my defense. Please respect new clients and don't give them to someone not qualified. I really can't rate even one star.
