The pedi and wax I got was good. But the cleanliness and customer service and price - a resounding no. Maybe I’m spoiled after moving from northern Virginia, I don’t know. But the difference in experience is shocking.
The lady was sitting up in the pedi chair, knees up, shoes off like a little kid when I walked in scrolling on her phone. She was clearly tired and didn’t want to be working. And it showed. She didn’t even bother to put her sandals back on when she got up. She just dragged herself around looking like she’s been up for 2 days. I felt like I was keeping her from her nap. They used an old torn-up towel for the feet to sit on, none of the tools were sterilized, and the wax room/table, good god. The table is covered with a sheet that is stained and NASTY. Looks like they stole it out off a crackheads mattress. The floor is covered in hair and nail bits. It’s just awful. Dirty towel on the floor to greet you when you walk in, and looks like it hasn’t been swept in weeks. And the price.....for a simple pedi and wax it cost $55. That’s insane prices for this area. The experience doesn’t even come close to $55. They need a complete renovation, attitude check and a heck of a lot of cleaning for that price. Would be one star if it weren’t for the pedi/wax being decent looking. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve Been coming to this salon for a year. Christine and Nikki are both great. They both perform excellent manicures, pedicures and trimming of my eyebrows. Every manicure I’ve had they use gel polish on my natural nails and it has always lasted three weeks. It would last longer if my nails didn’t grow so fast. They massage the areas that they work on. I feel very pampered when I leave. I tried other salons before coming here. I haven’t gone anywhere else since coming here. Christine and Nikki both treat me very well!

i have gone to this salon for years and i have never been disappointed. i get my nails done once in a blue moon but when i do i always come here. nikki is the tech i always get and she is simply amazing. she always gas stories to tell or advice to give! my nails always come out looking flawless as well. it's not as expensive as other salons. since there's not a lot of people there all the time, you greet very individualized care.

Nikki and Christine are very nice and helpful! Nikki has been doing my pedicures for 3 years in this salon, and does a beautiful job! She has 25 years experience. Nikki is also excellent at waxing (bikini and otherwise) and does them in a discreet and professional manner. Side note - she is a hoot! 😊

Came in for the first time to do my nails and eye brows and facial and eye lashes. My tech was very friendly and very helpful. Her work is very professional and I'm in love with my nail design. She made sure hands stayed clean as well as the table bc she saw i don't like germs. Highly recommend this lovely salon. Nikki and Christine are soon to see me back. Thanks ladies
