I was highly recommended to have Zuni do my hair. Unfortunately, I was attended by Marta who although is nice, she also ruined my hair. It took me about 2 years to grow my hair because of medication that slows down the growth. I told her to cut the front in long layers and to not cut the back. If anything, just the tip from my ends. Now that my hair was past shoulder length, I wanted to continue growing my hair. I even showed her a picture I had on my phone of how I wanted my hair. I see her cutting the front portion by my face, and it looked fine. The next thing I know, I look at the floor & she had cut off about 3-4 inches from the back. I couldn't believe it. I looked in the mirror and touched my shoulder where my hair was only to discover that my hair was gone! I was heartbroken. I asked her why did after I specifically asked her not to touch the back. Her response was that she needed to even the cut. I can only think that she has no experience. I now have short hair by my neck (like a helmet) and it looks horrible. I didn't let her continue the haircut. I left with my hair dripping wet to avoid any more damage. I saw the owner Zuni, and she was able to see the disaster that was done. She was very apologetic & she evened out my hair as best as she could under the circumstances. I am hoping that my hair will grow faster. I can only hope that my hair will grow faster than the 2 years it previously took.

I have been styling my hair with Zunida ever since I was a young girl. She is great and very talented. She's really into haircare as well
