Worst service I've ever had today. After waiting approx 30 min just to get in a chair, even with only about three other people here, The younger gentleman started my nails. I asked for help finding a color close to the picture that I had. He basically tossed the colors on the table and walked away. Finally got in the chair and I showed him the picture again explaining I wanted them to look as close to the color, shape & length as possible. He didn't reply just started working. He finished putting the tips on and I noticed the pointer finger was very uneven. I asked if we could fix that, he argued that it was fine and he needed to finish. I reiterated that it bothered me & I would prefer it be on more even. He kept insisting he finish so I agreed. Then he starts filing them, only he is filing the sides up very high. I stop him and said that wasn't how the style is in the picture and he literally stops & tells me he cannot help me and that I could go somewhere that can do better. He did this also where everyone could hear. Making me look like I was being irrational. I asked it to be done the way I showed him more than once. He walked away and left me sitting with my nails barely even started. Finally the lady in here agreed to try and fix them only they're so busy now that I'm still waiting. I used to come here frequently and it is not remotely the same as before. I will never return here.

Went and had my nails done ...every thing seemed okay until about 2 days later. My thumb was swollen and was turning color (like a rubber band tied on it) it hurt really bad so I had to remove them... ( some where else)... I think their stuff was dirty or not cleaned correctly because my thumb was infected.... please make sure u watch them r ask to make sure the equipment is cleaNed properly. I called and told them that I had to take them off and that man that did them said they had been on too long and if I wanted them redone I could just come bk and pay another 45 dollars...I should have least got a discount....disappointed. ..bad customer service...
