Did full set three nails broke within two days. Called and the lady hung up on me twice. Went down and they tried to charge me 10$ for three nails that broke after I just got a full set 48 hours ago. Press on nails from Walmart are better than this. NEVER AGAIN.

This is the WORST NAIL SALON. I went a week ago and I've battled back and forth if I should write a review, but today....I throw my hands up! 3 nails cracked in the middle of my nail bed. Both thumbs and my right middle finger. Johnnie did my nails. He went on and on about how he has the best powders and colors that no other salons have and was basically being a sales guy. Then he went on to say how he wanted me to tip him on the side because his wife doesn't let me him get money and he liked to play powerball and blah blah blah. Anyway, he painted my nails terribly. Shaped them horribly. He asked me to take the tip out the total and to slide it to him- his wife checks the cameras he says. Today is day 8 since i went there, I went to another salon to fix the right thumb and middle finger and then today my left thumb CRACKS!!! Never going here again. NEVER AGAIN. They use cheap products. Terrible gel polish. Chipped on day 2. Blah! I wish I could give 20% of 1 star.

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to unveil the ugly secret of Secret Nails.
I walked in the small and not so quaint place of “business” and it’s a Thursday night, no one is in the shop, oh except for Johnny and As he stated his friend, which he later slipped and revealed was his wife Cindy.
I was a little sketch in the beginning because it was completely empty.
Sign number 1.
Nevertheless, I proceeded to give this family “business” or later discovered to be a sketch operation...a chance. I sat down to get pink and white, I noticed the wife staring at me as if I was on a wanted poster. It was quite eerie. I as he was doing my nails, he waited until his wife went in the bathroom and asked that I tip him in cash under the table so his wife won’t see because he doesn’t want her to know. He also stated if she asked if I want to tip, just say to her “Oh no Johnny, next time.”

I got pink and white and he did my nails so fast I was amazed, but little did I know, it would be short lived. Four (4) days later, I returned with a broken nail, and all of my nails were lifting at the cuticles. My the gel coat over my pink and white was chipping as well.
I came at 930 AM to get them repaired, and although the sign says they open at 930, no one was there, and the lights were off. I called the number on the door, and Cindy answered and said, We’ll be there at 1030, can you come then?
I was appalled. I had an interview at 11am in Miami and there’s no way I could wait around in Broward until 1030AM.
I was so self conscience about how jacked up my nails looked that day, one missing nail, chipped gel, and cuticle lift... I really wanted to wear gloves, but I needed to secure the bag.

Against my better judgement, I went back to the shop, because this is where I paid for a trrrible service and at this point, I just wanted to have the nails removed. It was such a terrible experience.
When I walked in, I spoke with Cindy, she immediately began yelling at me, she asked to see my hands and said the reason the acrylic is lifting four (4) days later is because “I WEAR TOO MUCH OIL.”
(Confused look)*
I said let me speak with Johnny because he’s the one who did my nails. Somehow this rubber her the wrong way entirely because she began speaking more loudly. She then said to fix nail and cuticle I have to charge you. I was disenchanted because in addition to the initial installation being horribly done, she wanted to charge me for their error.
NOT ONCE DID ANYONE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
I continued speaking to Johnny, he stated, I’ll do it for you, have a seat. After my customers.
It was (1) Lady in the pedicure chair getting polish change.
I LEFT.
I made an executive decision to take the lost, and this is where we have gathered today!
Thankfully I took them off because a fungus was next.
