My new favorite nail salon and I’m not upset about it. Moved to the area about a year ago and tried several other places with no luck. Stumbled across this place and thankful I did! Best pedicures ever, they have this machine they use to get the callouses off and it’s so much nicer than using those horrible scrapers.
The salon itself is very clean and organized. All their polishes are quality, colors are Coordinated and everything’s always clean.
Leaving one star off because they are a little weird about requesting someone. I’ve gone enough times now that I have my favorites and when I call to ask for appt they always say “we all do good job”, but that’s not entirely true. They may do a good job but not as good as others.
Im very particular about who does my pedicures because I get really bad ingrown nails and only a select few can actually get them out. My last pedicure was perfection, Quinnie really knows what she’s doing. One of the best pedicures in years. None of my toes are hurting and that’s because Quinnie knows and cares about what she’s doing. So I’d prefer to be able to call and request someone without them making me feel guilty.

The staff are nice and polite. They made me feel comfortable and I love the hot rocks massage on my feet and legs. So relaxing. I would definitely go again.

I wish I could get them higher ratings but unfortunately I got my acrylic nails done today and after the acrylics were on and not shaped well she applied the polish which started warping and wrinkling. Not only that but she didn’t even paint the entire nail leaving the sides bare. When I got home my entire right hand was covered in wrinkled polish and was obviously ruined. As a college student $30 was a lot and I don’t even want to go back to have them fixed because I don’t trust this won’t happen again.

I really like this place. It's affordable and the nail technician listens to me and my concerns with my nails. She makes my nails look clean cut and well kept. Will continue to come here.

I wish I could give no stars. Called to ask if they had time to take gel off my hands and feet, yes, in 5 minutes, click. Ok, bad sign but whatever- went there and 6 people there, and no one looked up, whatever. Waited for 15 minutes, decided only wanted them to take the gel off my hands, no pedicure.
The woman was so rough and rude- I questioned if what she was using was clean because I saw her just get it from a plastic dish, but she said she opened a new envelope. Didn’t offer to clean it, and I was just wanting the ordeal done. After doing the foil bit, she was literally scraping my nails. I was thinking, just get me out of here. She didn’t even cut my nails, annoying, and then they charged me $18. What?! The woman offered to then cut my nails, but um, no thanks, at this point- im done. Beware. Rude, not into cleanliness or health of nails.
