They do a great job but clean the foot spas with what looks like bubble bath and a dish mop.

I've been going to Epic nail salon since it opened (which has been several years) and they are 5 stars in every category: clean, nice decor and equipment, you can pay with cash credit (I don't know about checks), prices are in line for other salons that I know of in the region, they are attentive and polite, move customers through efficiently but not rushed, you can walk in or make appointments. The atmosphere is comfortable and professional. They have a small TV in waiting area and large screen across from chairs. You can usually hear the dialog on the TV, so it is not a noisy place. I always leave very relaxed.
I only get pedicures. Techs are gentle and thorough. The staff seems well-trained and experienced. My pedicures are flawless and last for 2-3 weeks. I have an active lifestyle and generally wear open toed shoes when not working out. I'm in and out of water. I put the pedicure through the paces.

Very very poor customer. I would rate this place a zero if I could. The lady who claimed to be the manager needs to be fired. She was not at all concerned with addressing with THEIR problems. I took my business to BELLA NAILS and will continue to patronize them where my money is appreciated and the service is MUCH better.

Every time I come here the girls are very helpful. When I'm indecisive they help me pick out a color. Also they listen to what your wanting so you walk out, you feel beautiful.

I just called for a price for just a polish and the lady was so rude. The price was very high at $20 just for a color
