Clean salon and nice crew. I would not give them a three star or better. I normally do not post on any site, but I was not pleased with my second visit. First visit was good. Second visit not so good. I had a 3:15 appt and got out at 5:30 pm. Second , after two days my nail polish is turning and I paid $85.00. Won’t be returning or recommending.

Went for my first time today with my sister and the ladies working were so sweet and did a great job! They put in the effort to make conversation rather than just talking amongst themselves. My pedicure was very thorough. Will definitely be going back!

My first time here and I will definitely be back ! I got the deluxe pedicure and it did not disappoint !! The lady doing the pedicure was polite and very detailed. She gave me a great leg and foot massage and applied the polish with perfection. I've been looking for a new place and I think I found it !!!

I've found my favorite spa for a terrific mani/pedi! Well located in the heart of Rochester, Joy Spa & Nail offers a clean, friendly space with reasonable prices. Some manicurists can be rough but not here! Very professional!!
