Don't make the big mistake of going here! The male manicurist that my daughter had applying her new set had two customers come in and say how unhappy they were that their new nails just applied three and two days prior were lifting, so it's no surprise when the same happened to KC! I brought her back after a few days as well to show receipt to give them a chance to make it right, because the acrylic was only halfway from the tip of her natural nail to her cuticle over a tip applied to half of that and all they did was say nothing is wrong and apply gel over lifting nails! I took her back again after ten days and lord knows, they wrongly blamed it on her, rather than accepting responsibility for their mistake of not doing them correctly from the start! So, Im taking her to another salon to just have them soaked off. Seriously, going to Pontotoc Technology Center would be a far better choice than going here where they claim to be licensed professionals. Everyone knows to stead clear of fungus caused by lifting nails and here they intentionally cause them to lift early prior to your two week fill!

I went in to get my nails dipped and I don’t have a lot of experience in nails but I know when they look good. My experience was TERRIBLE!! I wouldn’t recommend. My nails looked lumpy and there what looked like to be spots or holes in them and my thumb nails were too short. My left was different from my right and there was stuff hanging from under my nails. My left hand was WAY longer than my left. And the guy fieled down my cuticles! I highly recommend Azura nails. They give great service and actually make your hands look good.

Got nails done here Guy was nice who done nails ..Would have gave full 5 stars but next day 2 nails has very tiny spots where polish already chipped off but rest of nails are doing just fine a week later ...I would go back ...We travel alot so I couldnt go get the chipped fixed next day :( But I would use their services again if I am ever back there

I've been going here for almost 1 year now. Helen and all the staff have been great! They offer a de-stress pedicure that is FABULOUS! Helen does an excellent job on my nails 😊
