Marisol was extremely helpful with the printing project. We were in a time crunch and she went above and beyond to help me achieve a deadline. They have had Fast customer service and do their best to make the experience good. They do get busy so pack your patience on those busy days or call ahead to give a heads up for big projects. They have been a great resource to the community.

When they used their "employee's only computer ", the screen saver was all satanic symbols and devil worshipping signs all over it.There was 666, the pentagram, goat, upside down cross and many other symbols. It was very unnerving! Not sure they knew what it means but it was scary. I will NOT go back in there again, because of the evil feeling I got.

I have never been treated so bad as I was at this UPS store!! Michael was VERY RUDE! Even said “I can tell this is going to be a fun transaction” under his breath to me! When I questioned the paperwork I had to fill out to ship a package, because I don’t have to fill out any paperwork at any of the other UPS store locations, other than signature, he said, “that’s the way we do it here” and not in a nice way!! I had 5 packages I needed to send, but only sent 2 of them from this store because of the way I was being treated! I go to UPS stores all over Texas, and always treated wonderfully, but definitely not at this one! Will go out of my way to not go to this UPS store anymore!!

Absolutely the fastest, most efficient service I’ve ever had from any postal service for my return package. I wasn’t even in the store for 30 seconds! Well done, thanks guys!

I came into print save the dates for my wedding and everyone was super helpful and really nice!:) the save the dates came out exactly how I wanted!
