My first time at this salon and they did an amazing job!! So happy with how my gel mani turned out. I will for sure be coming here from now on😁

My tech did an excellent job. She took her time and paid very good attention to detail. I will be back !

I stopped in because I needed to get gel polished removed and it was closer than my normal shop. It is a beautiful place but I witnessed an interaction that immediately turned me off. A young customer felt like the eyebrow tech did not do a good job on her eyebrows. IMO they messed up her brows (cut too short and boxy). The manager calmly talked to the girl and explained the girls options. The girl who had every right to be upset called her mom and said " I don't like them" one of the male techs then rudely outburst " we don't like you either". I felt it was extremely unprofessional. Especially since they were a number of clients in the salon.
The tech doing my service was ok but I felt like he didn't let me nails soak long enough to get the polish off and did a lot of scraping. I felt like I was over charged for the service. And there were no cost posted any where to reference before committing to get services completed there.
The chances are slim I will ever go back there.

Just left Jade Nails. Horrible service. The young man that did my nails(tall one). Rude as it gets. He kept getting my cuticles with the drill; it was as though he was doing it in purpose. He was literally snatching my hand. This was my first & last time there. And, to top it off he did a 1/2 job on my nails and did not do what I requested. Spoke with a customer leaving when i did, and she stated similar and said her tech was rude and she wouldn't be back. I wish i could get a refund for that rudeness

Horrible service took my daughter for birthday. The guy I think was owner was so rude. Then I got her feet painted (she came with tennis shoes on) he decided he wanted to not have a towel down then did not give her the slippers so she could wear out side and not have to put her other shoes on. He have the loudest sigh and walk away. Then I I told my daughter ok you have to sit so they can dry. He Said no you have slippers you can leave just be careful. I said no put your feet under the dryer. Then he said well you only need 10 min. I just look at him. Just wow never again.
