I would never recommend this place, I was charged $55 for a full set that looks like it was done in the dark. I have been getting my nails done for the better part of 13 years and not once have I ever been charged for the shape of my nails, yesterday was the first time, I was charged $5 for the "coffin" shape. I was then charged an additional $10 for the length of my nails, this I have been charged for before, but when they were actually long. My nails are fairly short still!! Christine was the woman who did my nails, rather than actually fixing something that I didn't like about my nails she argued with me about it.
If you have seen the Anjelah Johnson comedy sketch about the nail salon, you remember the bit about the crooked nail, that ACTUALLY happened to me here. I'm sorry but no my finger was not crooked when I walked in, so no my nail shouldn't be doing a hard right.
Overall this entire experience was pretty awful, front desk lady was short and rude, which should have been my first clue not to go there.

Horrible place. I literally paid $100 for a gel mani-padi that I would normally pay $50. Keep asking the lady if she would cut the dead skin around my nails and she wouldn’t do it. She kept ignoring my request. Also asked if she could paint my nail completely and not leave any gaps and no matter how many times i asked her she wouldn’t do it. Horrible horrible service and unreasonable prices.

I recommend; however, not your mom-pop store prices.

They do the best design manicure. I love it and they were all very kind!

I come from Canada on business every couple months and was recommended Sugar Nails a couple times by my hotel. I booked a nail fill and pedi and was excited to arrive, but when I got there the woman said I was late which I confirmed was incorrect on their end, as time was confirmed (so actually I was 10 mins early not 20 mins late). I was ok if we cancelled the 1.5 hot pedicure as long as my nails were done. She proceeded to do my nails and then complained I had 2 broken nails (umm duh that’s why I am here). She started complaining and making “huffing, sighing” noises like I literally just ruined her life. I asked her if there was a problem because I come from out of country and took an uber there and she said no then turned to her coworkers and started talking in Korean to them for several minutes, whilst making me so uncomfortable (like I don’t know what your saying). The entire time she was mad and making noises. Out of the hundreds of times I have had my nails done, all over the world, this was the worst treatment I have ever had from a salon.. wait, actually from any place I have PAID for a service. Errors in schedular happen, I get that, I even forfeited my pedi, so in actuality she would have got off even earlier that day, so there should have been NO issue. Sadly, I won’t be going back and suggested to the hotel not recommending them any longer.
