Everyone was nice enough, but overall I was not happy with my experience. I got a fill in for acrylic nails, and asked for almond shape. Several of my nails are filed uneven, I tried to have her fix them as much as I could there, but noticed it even more after I left and could fully inspect them. The woman who did my nails may have been the owner or manager because she was very distracted. She stopped every 2-5 mins to answer the phone, write in appointments, and even while filing my nails she was constantly looking around at everything going on, or stopping to do something. They are usually very busy, but I've been in busy places before and I haven't felt like I wasn't a priority. Overall, it all felt and looks very rushed. No cuticle work was done, no oil, no lotion, nothing. I was only charged $33, so I guess with this place, you get what you pay for. I'm going to have to get my nails fixed elsewhere. I will not be going back.

I made an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait an hour..a customer threw a hissy fit for having to wait even though she didn't have an appointment and they jumped at attention & took her over those of us who were waiting with an appointment. My technician was less then personable but my nails turned out wonderful. Im glad because the price was $15 more then what the board said. If I go back, its for the finished product and nothing else..but I probably won't go back..

Jon does great eye brow tinting . Lady who did my nails in too much of a hurry didn't have color I wanted . My nails aren't even .

THE BEST place to get your nails done in the area - even all of NEPA HONESTLY
I’m from Long Island where there’s a great nail spa on every corner ... and when I moved to NEPA i had a tough time finding a great nail salon but Laiong (spelling maybe wrong ) and John are amazing ... honestly I’ve never had a bad nail technician here ! Incredibly beautiful nails and all the latest techniques - right now I’m really into powder dip acrylic nails (ombré - the French manicure look) and they do it SOOO very well !!!
Cannot tell you enough positives about nail love
Very clean and I have ZERO hesitation going in after the whole COVID situation

Made an appt for 11:30 for a full set. Arrived at 11:20. Didn’t appear the had any preference for appts or walk in’s. Waited a full hour for my “appt” and then walked out.
