I had been going to this salon since they were in Englewood at least 10 years. I loved they way they did my nails. Well they recently got a new spa pedi that is amazing. I loved it so much I got a gift certificate for my mother. Well she lost it, she thinks she threw it away by accident. Mom, who Has been going there for many years on my recommendation went to Kim to tell her she lost it and basically Kim said nothing she can do. Really?!?! I’ve been supporting your business for all these years and you tell me you can’t honor the gift certificate because someone might find it and come in to use it. Well for that $40 gift certificate she’s losing at least 2 customers for good. In addition possibly others because I’ve referred friends that have also been customers for many years. I’m so disgusted by them. Never again! Don’t go here because they don’t treat customers well. I’ve seen it with my own eyes but I kept going because I liked the way she did my nails and I was comfortable. Don’t go here they lie and say no wait when there’s a long one. They can’t keep workers because the owner Kim is a horrible person and her husband has no backbone. One of their best workers, Seagull, quit months ago and when people ask about him they say he’s on vacation. Lies!

I'm in the medical field, so my wash my hands all the time. Kimmy's nails in my opinion is the best. I get jell and they last about a month. No lie...

Long wait and the quality of the gel manicure isn't good. Three of my nails started chipping within a week.

I love kimmy's. There should never ba any complaint about them. I have been going there for about 15 years when they were in another location. I recommend kimmies to everyone!

I was rushed in and out and when i noticed a bump in my nail and i told her she said she’ll fix it and never did. just put top coat over it. And why file after you put nail polish and top coat on now there’s scratches on the sides of my nails🙄
