The woman doing my nails ripped off my dip powder with cuticle cutters instead of just soaking them like every other nail place I’ve ever been to. I told her it hurt and she said absolutely nothing and kept going. Three hours later my manicure doesn’t look bad but I am in a ton of pain it felt like some sort of cruel and unusual punishment. Will absolutely never go back and mad at myself for not having the guts to get up and walk out the second she viciously pulled at my nails with the cutters.

I had an appointment for another the spot when i got there they told me no acrylic fill in so had to find another the place that could take me and I called they told me come now and i was very pleased with the outcome Amy did a great job on my nails.

Wasn’t thrilled at this place. Left my nails soaking in a bowl of polish remover for almost 30 min, color selection is small, and my hands still feel dry from the remover after my nails were done. Probably because they didn’t use cuticle oil or lotion on my hands afterwards.

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon and thought I found one coming here, however!!! My first time going my nails were a bit wide at the tip but I was ok with them for the price. I went back last week (12/19/19) for a fill-in and left happy. I went to a different person who fixed the shape and did a great job. Flash forward to (12/25/19) less that a week later and one of my nails break in half. I called (12/26/19) and let them know the nail broke and I was coming to get it fixed. The guy that originally did them wasn’t there so I went to another guy who said it would be $3 to fix which I objected to since I got them done there and they broken less than a week later. They went ahead and fixed it but he was so rude. He basically slapped the nail on, barely shaped it, slapped on one coat of paint and sent me on my way basically. He kept pushing and pulling my hand in the direction he wanted it to go and kept waving at me to do things. When he asked me to go wash my hand he waved me away which I thought was very rude. He put my hand into the UV light and just walked away. When I was done I just walked out. The only reason I’m giving 3 starts is I like the guy that did my fill-in even though one broke but I will not be back!
