I’ve been going here for a few years now and can honestly say it’s the #1 nail salon in all of Jacksonville. Annie and Steve are very nice people and they do such a professional job every single time. Never disappointed and always walk out with a smile at how good my nails and eyebrows look each time. Great service all around and would recommend to anyone. :)

Last week, My daughter and I just moved into the area.
We were driving around looking for a new Nail Salon close by the house.
We seen the previous reviews posted for QNails. We were just a block away, so we decided to make an appointment because they were able to see us within 30 minutes.
I was able to sit down at a table as soon as we walked in.
A older woman came from the back to do my nails and my daughter was having to wait for the younger Nail Tech to finish with another client.
It began as a very pleasant experience with the Older woman.
Since she was an older woman, I was raised to respect my elders, so I began to have small conversation and ask questions, to get to know her, in case I decided to make this my new GO-TO Nail Salon.
I began to observe her work station, it had not been cleaned in quite some time! As well, her own nails were dirty with old dirt under her Nails that had been that way for quite some time!
I asked about having Chrome Nails done, (they don't do that technique there)
So Since they don't do Chrome Nails. I was very undecided, and I began explaining what I wanted done; shape, length and color of the full set of Nails. I was trying to pull up pictures online of Nail ideas.
She had stated she had been doing Nails for over 20 years and was the previous owner, but not any more....I thought to myself... 🤔Hmm?
As I began to look at her work on my Nails, she was very messy with applying the powder and I had Acrylic powder DRIED😩 all over my Fingers and glooped and tremendous amount all under my nails. 😒 She wasted so much product by applying too much acrylic powder, she just made it much harder on herself to do all the Nail Filing!
The rough & abrupt way she handled Filing my Nails, was so PAINFUL,😣 it left my Nail beds & Fingers sore for +3 days afterwards!!
When I would point out something put to her that needed to be filed more smoothly or that she had missed a spot on my nails, she began to get even rougher handling my Nails and hands and then she cut my fingers and cuticles with the Emory board and it began to bleed. She didn't even offer to stop and apply pressure or anything to stop the bleeding!! Then she applied too much pressure with the drummel tool/drill, applied pressure too long and burned my Nail beds!

Of course, I screamed, because it was hot & hurt!
She didn't even apologize nor was she over any kind words and had the audacity to have an attitude, like I wasn't suppose to feel any pain or be hurt or nor was I to scream outloud!
She also didn't have the Fan circulating on and for the 1st time in my life, I have ever gotten sick from the Fumes of the Chemicals! I had to take 2 bathroom breaks to walk away from the fumes! I was light headed & nauseated to my stomach!!
Still no apology or concern from her! I am completely disappointed in her poor customer service and skills! If I do return, I will NOT EVER have that older woman do my Nails ever again.
When she Finished she didn't say Thank you for your business or are you okay when I came out of the Bathroom.
My daughter was very pleased with the younger Lady, Annie (?) who did her Nails.

Annie has been doing my nails for 10+ years and I won't let anyone else touch them.

I give 5 stars ,because fot the 1st time I'm happy 100% for nails service here in Jacksonville
