When 3 people book an appointment together for pedis they expect to ALL start at that time. 2 of us did not even get our feet in water for 20 minutes until they heard us complaining. Then it was all attitude, completely ignored us when we pointed out we were 45 minutes past appt time and one of us still hadn't even been started on. Charged fulled price and given half the service. One of us cut ours short so they could start on the other one. It was ridiculous. Do not recommend. I gave 2 stars because the treatment itself would have been great had it not been for their poor customer service.

Well, I'm from Alabama and I am visiting my grandparents in Texas/Oklahoma. My grandmother works close so while she worked, I got my nails done. When I went in there, we asked several questions about how to fix the acrylic nails I already had on. The older man helped me and basically answered our questions and we decided just to fill them. WORST FILL EVER. The line is very obvious and thick where he added. He didn't smooth them out at all. He had a very negative attitude (although the other people working seemed quite nice). He also didn't finish painting the nail. The sides of the nail are unpainted. They are somewhat cheap (which was nice). Overall, I'm hoping it was just a bad experience and I hope that he normally is a lot better.

Needed to polish the back of the nail better...its been only a week and it looks like 3 weeks already. Thats all I'm going to say.
