Overall I think the owner and the workers were very pleasant and respectful! Had to wait for about a half hour after my appointment time which seems pretty typical in comparison to other salons I’ve been. However, the price I was charged was more then what was shown on the list given to me for what I asked for and $80 plus tip for the total mani and pedi I received just wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. The tech did an ok job but there were spots of nail polish left on both my fingers and toes and the one finger smudged before I even got home and it was a gel so it shouldn’t have smudged… may try again tho, this was just a one time experience. I do understand I went on a holiday and they may have been rushed!

This is my 2nd time going to this nail shop. The first time I went everything was fine. When I went this this last time I didn't have the best experience. They charged me for a deluxe pedicure when I clearly asked for a regular one (and they didn't even do a deluxe pedicure). Then the person at the front didn't even try to look into it when I told her that I didn't ask nor receive the kind of pedicure they were charging me for. I just think thats unacceptable business. If I wasn't paying attention when she was ringing everything up, I wouldn't have even noticed. No telling how many times they overcharged ppl for services they didn't even ask for or receive. Also my nails were overpriced imo as well for what I consider a basic set. Lesson learned. I won't be going to this shop again.

Very happy with the way my nails turned out! The owner and her daughter are both wonderful and hardworking people! i’ll definitely be back! :)

I'm a regular customer and scheduled an appointment for my tech a week prior to her returning from vacation. I went on the day and time given to find out my time was given to someone else and asked if i would return later... No!!! What is the purpose for appointments if you messing up on it? Some of us don't have the luxury of going back and forth. I'm disappointed but this alone made them loose 3 customers.
Not a dent to them. Sorry Sasha.. your the best but the lady that schedules needs to do a better job

We were visiting Harrisburg, PA from out of state and I wanted to treat my friend to her very first Mani/Pedi ever. These ladies were awesome. They treated my friend as a special guest, gave her a wonderful manicure & pedicure. I also got a pedicure and I Loved the massage. They showed interest in us, instead of talking to each other -- asking questions, showing interest in our stories & travel.
They allowed us as walk-ins and seated us so quickly, I did not get the chance to go grab something to drink. I was very thirsty. They allowed me to order a couple of sodas from Sheetz, up the street, using my UberEats app. When the order arrived, these ladies were so gracious to bring our drinks to us.
I was very pleased with their service and the cleanliness of their store. This was the first time my friend was travelling in the USA (I was travelling up from Arizona) and this establishment provided such a lovely representation of excellent service and quality of product. Thank you ladies. 💕
