There was no engagement, I felt that my nail tech didn’t take the time to ask how I wanted my nails. I felt rushed, my nails aren’t the way I wanted them. I could’ve done this myself. I was really hoping for a nice experience but that did not happen. It was like she could’ve cared less.

I’m no expert at how these nail places operate. I’ve been a few a few times for a pedicure and overall cleaning and scrubbing of the feet.
And they do a pretty good job. They didn’t try to rush me through and kindly treated me as equally as the ladies.
That said, I have seen them treat some women customers with contempt and cattiness. Given the nature of their business I imagine this is common.

Vanessa did an awesome job on my nails! She did an ombré sparkle over white nails and it turned out beautiful! I also really appreciated that she got the color really close to the cuticles so I feel like they will last a few days longer. I will definitely be going back to Vanessa again!
