The stuff was incredibly nice. The environment was so cute and clean !
But they didn't ask what part of the body we need it more pressure on , or more massaged. Even thought they did the whole body they focused more on the shoulders and neck .
I would go again and maybe ask them from the start what body part you need focused on most.

I'm new to the area, so finding a new salon can be a little scary. I was about three months overdue for highlights. I made an appointment with Keith and let him have the freedom to give me the cut and color that would make me feel like me again. It was perfect! I'm very happy with the outcome and I will be back.

Horrendous and rude staff. They do not have sufficient comprehensive skills. Due to their inability to listen without speaking over you, they ask the same questions and then get nasty when you’re displeased about having to repeat yourself over and over.
I’ve only actually had service twice in the past and the service was just the same. I thought they might be worth another chance. Clearly they’re not.

I'll start with the positive- I walked in & didn't have to wait.
I got the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten in my life here. I only went because I had a spa finder gift card. I have gone to countless salons and always get shellac or gel- so I am not new to this process. Not only did this manicure look terrible.. it was not done professionally. She caused me severe pain while cutting my cuticles, did not get even near the sides of my nail beds, and it took at least twice as long as it normally does. This was about a week ago and it has almost completely chipped off. Sorry to say I would never return for any services.

Was at the salon on Tuesday for a pedicure. Had a wonderful service and have absolutely 0 complaints as far as that entails. On to why I'd rate this place a 1 out of 5. As I was sitting in the waiting area before my service, there was a young lady at the front desk with dark short hair and a beauty mark. She talked to me so fast as if she was constantly inconvenienced by my presence. I felt unimportant and not worthy of her time. As I sat, I overheard her complaining and talking poorly of her coworkers and customers. I havd no idea if she's a manager or not but regardless, I don't think any employee should talk about other employees or customers in such a classless way EVER- let alone at the front desk. If you have concerns about others, save it for private conversations or your diary. I hope future clients read this review and share it. I will let everyone I know be informed of this behavior. If only customer care was as amazing as the service.
