I had my hair lightened at Image salon. I paid $180, and my hair had green tones. It looks horrible! I called the salon, and the stylist told me that it turned green because I am in a wheelchair and she couldn’t properly rinse it out. They never said my wheelchair was an issue before they started my hair. This is discrimination against me and my disability. I just want my money back. They have not returned my money and now want to charge me another $300 to fix it! If I don’t get my money back, I will be filling a complaint with ADA! I will never go back and don’t recommend this salon to anyone!!!

Just moved to the area and I was so nervous about getting my hair done just by anyone because ive had some pretty bad experiences, but when i left Image salon after getting my hair highlighted, i was so happy! My hair had a redish color to it and Lindsey did a great job on doing what i asked. Super happy! No brassy goldish color, and my hair looks great! Definitely going back to Lindsey.
