Literally some of the nicest people ever. They were going to close early due to the weather but took me in for a walk in anyways. A real treat to go there and a very nice experience.

I’ve been to well beauty twice. The first time with a friend. We were seated together. Overall the environment was very relaxing, we recieved hand massages at the end of our service. I got a gel manicure. The only issue was on a couple of nails my gel top coat was really uneven. There were lots of air bubbles and one finger was extremely streaky. My nails lasted 5 days. The second time I came alone and also had a gel manicure. I picked out a polish and was seated. About halfway through the nail tech realized there wasn’t a lot in the bottle. I suggest we change colors but she was confident we would have enough. The end result was extremely patchy. You could see my natural nail in several spots. The gel was incredibly thin and I had so many chips that I had to take it all off not even two days later. I really love the environment and everyone is so nice but I suggest asking for the most experienced nail tech. There seems to be some inconsistencies in training and results.

I had a wonderful pedicure from Maya. She is extremely attentive to detail it and does meticulous work. I was so frustrated and tired of going to places that rush through and leave your nails uneven and don’t listen to what you say when you describe what shape of nail you want. Luckily, Everything was absolutely perfect when Maya did my pedicure. It was very relaxing, the best foot and leg massage I’ve ever had. Needless to say I’ve already rebooked for a manicure.

This place is so great! I feel like my nail tech cared about every stroke of polish on my nails. Also they give you a glass of wine with your service! They do have a limited selection of colors but they are free of all the chemicals so its worth it to me. The only thing I didn't like was i didn't get to soak my nails but its not a huge deal. I figured it was because of the $25 gel mani special.

My mother-in-law came to town last weekend and we decided to get mani pedis. She was the one to book our appointments here after researching and reading reviews. I have to say I was let down. So was my mother-in-law. I have been to school to be a nail tech and to have my tech barely massage my hands and for a few seconds at that and then leave gaps in my nail polish made me feel like she didn’t know what she was doing. I also tried to converse with her and it was painfully awkward and she struggled to even want to respond to me. She also did my pedi and once again my feet were barely massaged and my legs weren’t touched at all. I felt like I was there to relax and instead was frustrated to see my mother-in-law getting a full treatment while I got nothing. The girl left the store after finishing my toes so I felt like maybe her lunch was up and she wanted to be done ASAP. Then as we were leaving the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. We watched her paint her own nails as we got our pedicures and when it came time to pay she doddled around on the computer saying she couldn’t find us and my mother-in-law simply said I booked this morning with you and the girl rudely replied I know. Then she was adjusting our bill as my mother-in-law didn’t get a mani, she said I paid for one mani pedi this morning and again the girl rudely replied I know. It was as if she just wanted us gone. One week later my manicure has chipped in numerous places and my pedicure is starting to do the same. I won’t be back to spend a dime here and will spread the word.
