Pedicure was awesome! But the lady that did my first "full set" was kinda rude. The young lady that did them the second time was really sweet.

Called for an appt. Were told they could see us in a half hour. Drove from brattleboro and were told they did not have our appointment. Rude and unapologetic. Told us we called the wrong place even though we could pull up in our call log that it was in fact where we called. If I could give zero stars I would...

First things first I'm the realest. The employees of this place are extremely rude. I asked for something very easy and they messed it up. The woman who did my nails was very rude and didn't even try on my nails only to pull out her phone and watch Netflix after she was done.

They sliced both my feet open during a pedicure. One so bad it's still split 2 weeks later. Never ever again and ill tell everyone how bad you suck

So rude! Owner's wife is so aggressive & rude to her customers. Customers come in & say hello & she wont smile, wont say hello! Juat says 15 minute, pick your color!
She hurt me several times, cut me! When I asked her to be more gentle she got really angry with me & began talking about me in Vietnamese to the others. I told her when a customer says they were hurt or cut the only response should be I am sorry!
She didn't care she made me bleed.
Some of the guys are nice & caring but for the most part this place should be shut down for how terrible they treat their customers! Who do they think pays them? No appreciation or respect for their customers at all!
Their nail polish is all old & out dated.
Absolutely hate Beauty Nails! Worst nail salon ever!
If you wish to get treated like dirt, Beauty Nails is the place to go!
They don't even deserve 1 star!
