Great prices and selection. Language barrier was tough but if prices listed on the actually items would have been less frustrating. Owner was very nice.

Extremely unprofessional and rude dealing with return. I spent thousands on equipment and supplies and got mistreated and humiliated over a $60 return of gel polish that run under the curing lamp.
They even said "if you get it you must keep it no returns

Over priced. I did my research and it was definitely way more than buying it online. Also one young lady kept following me around like
I was going to steal something and then she spoke English (which was perfect English) to everyone else but me...every time I asked a question she would pretend to not know English and then ask someone else.. but there was one gentleman that was very nice other than that I won't be back all because of that young lady.

I Don't recommend this place!
I checked them online it said it closed at 8:30pm went there 7:40pm all the way from Everett to buy a shampoo sink and chair! Got there the couple said we're closing and I said to them I came all the way from Everett because online said u guys closed at 8:30pm they were so rude to me! Said no we close at 7 hurry up! They're lost I was gonna spend over $500 i'll never come back here!! Never!! They need to learn how to treat people better!! Or else they 're gonna keep losing business .
