I love this place to pieces! I’ve been going here for about 2 years. One girl messed up my nails ONE time and I came back and they fixed them free of charge. They always do an awesome job, my nails always last a really long time. It’s not that expensive either!

Literally my favorite nail salon I've ever been to! It is very welcoming, clean, and looks great where as other salons just look cluttered and like they don't care. The staff is very friendly, & I'm always happy with my nails :) it was my first time getting a pedicure there today and I feel like they really did an excellent job with that too. Highly recommend!

I like Tom who does my nails. He is meticulous and careful and my nails are always done perfectly. He is fast but not sloppy or rushed. Waxing experience was ok...brows were done but the lady didn't hold the area she was pulling from and bruised my skin. Not good for my first impression.

Maybe I woulda given this place a 4 start because they do a decent job with nails and it’s a clean. I am giving it a generous 2 Star, because of my experience from yesterday. When I go to get my nails done, especially pedicure, I want to go RELAX. My mom and I went in for a gel mani/pedi. We were sat down for pedicures. I asked if we can see the color selection. 5 min into my pedicure, another lady that works there, squeezes herself between me and the customer to my left. She had brought a manicure box (including the gel drier machine) which she placed on my lap on top of a plastic sheet, and she started to do my manicure. She was holding my hand suspended in the air the entire time, and because she was not in front of me, but sitting on my left, it did not allow wet to do a great job on my opposite hand. Not to mention, the girl doing my pedicure, was moving my feet and the drying machine was sliding from my lap, I had to pull my hand from the mani situation so I can hold the machine from falling. It was the worst experience! They did that to other customers too, including my mom. They try to fit in as many customers as possible but forget to respect the ones they are working on. They finished my gel mani and pedi in less than one hour. It was a first for me. If I was in a hurry I woulda told them I wanna save time. But no, I wanted to relax not be stressed out. It’s like they just wanna get it over with and take your money. And yes, they expect a big tip at the end. Then they should treat their customers right. Quality over quantity!
As you can see in the picture, a few nails had those bubbles under the polish, not pleasant to look at!

The place is set up nicely, the staff seems friendly enough. The problem I had was I went in for a pedicure and felt like they didn’t listen to me at all. They told me the cheapest pedicure was better because it was “shorter” I got a full set and told them the length and shape I wanted and ended up with nails shorter than I wanted and (after telling her 3 times) the wrong shape!! So I have short square nails instead of long almond. Not to mention the nails are already peeling up! I felt like I was rushed out of there because they wanted to close early. They changed the price of what they were going to charge me at least twice, (my friend warned me they had done this to her previously, but still goes because the place is clean). My pedicure was ok, but the service and the nails are terrible! Even if the place is set up nice and clean... I’m not going back.
