I walked in at 12:28pm for a gel manicure on my lunch break. I was immediately greeted asked to choose a color and then sat down with my technician (Selena). She was very meticulous about my nails and she clearly takes pride in the service that she provides. I am very detailed oriented and notice small errors easily. I have never been more impressed. My nails are smooth, reflective and filed perfectly. I will be requesting Selena from now on. I highly recommend her. Btw I was finished at 1:08- perfect timing for me to go back to work! Thank you

Great operation! I came here for the first time today after reading great reviews of this salon. I can say Luna has far exceeded my expectations & will be my go to nail salon from now on. The place is super classy, high quality, and clean... Jazz music & wine... so nice! They even gave me a full menu with service selectiona & descriptions to make it easy for me to choose exactly what I wanted! This place is a 10 out of 10 for me!!!
Something that really made this salon stand out for me was that everyone greeted me by my 1st name (3 diffent employees said hi to me!). The owner, Kevin even came over to check on me during my service to see if there was anything else I wanted to drink (the receptionist already gave me my choice of beverage- they have a great selection of complimentary snacks & drinks). The owner also came up to me after my service to welcome me & ask how everything was. Very hospitable & welcoming! Thanks Kevin for having such a wonderful salon for us to enjoy!

The best nail place I've ever gone. Their attention to detail and to training of all of their staff makes it a wonderful place to go. They worked very hard to have enough capacity for all the people that come in at different times.

We had an appointment but waited 10 minutes after our appointment time. The man that did my nails was aggressive and cut me three times, drawing blood. I got a simple sorry but was still charged $37 for a gel manicure. They attempted to ignore it and now I will never come here again. They did not attempt to refund me after I made it known they had cut me several times. This was their last chance...

In May 2018 I moved to Alide, VA and this Nail Spa is the closest to my house and one reason why I chose it. After several visits I would rate this place high on my list of nail spas I have ever been to since living in VA. Every time I visit this nail spa I request Nina and she is amazing, especially with pedicures. I typically choose a different one everytime I go and she always does a fantastic job ensuring things aren't too hot and that I am comfortable during my visit. I would definitely recommend this place. I would also recommend booking an appointment vice just walking in makes the time you wait on an esthetician lower.
