Very professional, very clean looking. They use a plastic liner for the water part of the chair, that is changed for each customer. They also use a new package of tools that are encased in paper with each customer. My pedicure looms great, and lasts a long time. They are friendly and accomodating.

I was getting my nails done and the nail tech had to help someone else at the same time. She got my nails done in good time.

I usually come here and it’s been a great experience but I came in today and they were busy which is understandable. Once I did get seated, I didn’t even get to choose what pedicure I wanted. She just started and was really rough and cut me. She was in such a hurry that she didn’t have me wait for my nails to dry before making me leave. This made the nail polish smudge and she tried to clean it with her nail but didn’t even attempt to fix it. So I’m now I have a huge smudge on my toe... it’s unbeleiveable.
