Very rude ladies. Gave attitude. Bossy not clear when speaking. Talk mess about you in a different language. Wasn’t enjoyable more like couldn’t wait to be done and outta there never again! I believe places like this is for you to be pampered and for you enjoy yourself they just wasn’t friendly. Hospitality SUCKED.

Terrible customer service and no personality as far as customer interaction. Pedicure was the worst. Uneven toe nails~she cut them to short and filing down was not an option. They have cheap nail polish. Some years ago I was a regular customer here. The technicians have changed. I wonder how they stay in business.

As in, my wife shouldn't have to wait 2 HOURS when she has an appointment! This is the third time this has happened in the past 4 months, I'm making sure she NEVER goes back there! BAD SERVICE

Have been going here for years. I only get pedicures and always have a good experience. They do great pedicures!

Where do I start? I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl really messed them up. Two different shapes. THEN, she tries to pencil them in so that it won't look so bad. I had to stop her. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN
