Been going here for at least 5 years. They are clean, friendly, organized, tons of color options and do an amazing job eveytime. Highly recommend!!!

First off let me start by stating that I have been going to this nail salon for over ten years. Now, I went 8/3/2020 and got a full set of almond shaped dip nails for $45 but they are uneven and the top coat for the dip has started to slide even though it’s been hours later, it wasn’t sliding when I left and they were fully dried. I had to reshape the nails myself when I got home because some were not fully almond shaped (I could still see the corners, even though I had asked for multiple nails to be rounded more) and they are still not right. My nails were done in 20-30 minutes (I’ve never had a full set done that quickly, even dip and I’ve really only gotten my nails done here), there were other customers but I feel that I was rushed through and not paid attention to (my nail tech spent a lot of time looking around the salon or outside instead of at my nails). I came in with my mother and while she started her pedicure ten minutes later than I started my full set, I was still done over 30 minutes before her. I left and came back to pick her up because it was taking a bit. Also, I called ahead and got a price quote it was $40 for the gel acrylics (which I was talked into dip for $45) and $40 for my mothers gel pedicure. Before I left (while I was waiting for my mother) I tipped both nail techs $10 each but I had to hand one of them a $20 and explained that it was $10 each as I was lacking change. When my mother went to pay she was charged $60 for her pedicure which was about $100 total for everything, and they told her the tip I specified was for both techs was only for the one so she tipped them again. The thing is, there is one lady who works there and tries to sell you deluxe everything (She doesn’t do my nails anymore because I complained one time about how a color came out as she misinformed me of it, so they only give me the owner/manager now) and if you do not tell her you want the regular (manicure, pedicure, etc.) she does the deluxe one and doesn’t say anything until checkout when the price jumps up, I also had to explain this to my mother. It’s pretty unprofessional to be blindsided by prices even when you called in advance. Also, I have had issues with some techs stopping in the middle of my nails to go give someone a full pedicure and I was sitting for over 20 minutes. I don’t mind sitting for ten minutes but almost a half hour is a little much. Another issue I had is I went there for a manicure and my tech was distracted and left me for 15 minutes, forgot what she was doing and didn’t do a full manicure (didn’t address my cuticles or cut my nails), I came back in to get a color change because my gel polish had come off that week and the other nail tech redid my entire manicure because it wasn’t right. I had an appointment issue after they opened back up, I made one and when I finished with my nails they told me to
make an appointment next time (because of COVID), I came in for one. My mother told me after the appointment that she doesn’t want to come back because they weren’t straight with her about the price (she has been going there longer that I have). They do a great job with our eyebrows but after today I don’t think I’ll go back. I have also been cut by multiple techs and one was only filing my nails (she looked away and over shot my nail, filing right into my skin). This is honestly a painful review to write but I’m done acting like this is okay treatment, when your doing someone’s nails they should have your undivided attention and you should be taking your time. I’m also taking to google because when I had the color issue with a previous gel manicure (I got a glitter color and was informed the glitter would show up more than it did) I spoke to them about it when I was standing in the salon, and they told me that it depends on the width and length of the nail how the glitter comes out and they told me everything is fine (even though I was unsatisfied) and sent me on the way, I had to call back in later and complain over the phone for them to fix it.

Nice techs and owners, clean equipment. Extra steps taken for covid protection including, masks and vinyl partitions. Just a little too expensive for deluxe package.

I had a pedicure and my eyebrows done. It was wonderful to pamper myself. Mrs. Kim is great! She is the best at what she does! She made me feel special. She is also very funny too!
