I had a gel manicure done by Jade. She was super sweet and was very attentive. Watching her apply the gel was mesmerizing. It’s the first manicure I’ve had where there were absolutely no bubbles, numbs, ridges, etc. Unfortunately the next morning one of my nails “popped” off similar to how a press on nail would come off. I’m not entirely sure what but I had four nails come off in less than 24 hours. I called to schedule an appointment to have them fixed and the salon was very accommodating.

Experienced urbanna for the first time last week, I was wowed by the atmosphere, very elegant and relaxing. They carry great products and I received samples that I will definitely be coming back for full size! I received the best pedicure I've ever had from Jade, I wish I could come back every single week for a service from her! It's an all around great spa with outstanding services, I cant wait to come back and experience more.

Had a great experience for a spa day at Urbanna. Did the spa party package which gives you 4 services. It’s fun you can order drinks, they have an area to eat and lounge and a great steam room. I will be back!

Really, putting a fake ticket on someone's car then lying to the news, I've been in spokane for quite some time and visited many shops, was going to goto yours but after seeing the news story I'll go somewhere else.

This salon has a very nice atmosphere, great mimosas and friendly/helpful staff. When my hair dresser was running a little late one day I was compensated with free mimosas. I had Krista do my hair and I constantly receive compliments. It is a bit spendy so this place probably isnt for those who are looking for a budget salon. However, if looking for high quality hair salon where you can enjoy a nice adult beverage then urbana is your place!
