I will not be returning to this nail salon paid $90 for $2 service pedicure was amazing until we got to the polish portion! Looked as if my toenails were painted by a. 5 years old and honestly that would be an insult to a 5 year old so then we get to the nails all I wanted was clear nails with a design which may I add was only lines no swoops squiggles or flicks of the wrist I could have honestly did the design my self and it would’ve been better than what I received so after several failed attempts to do the designs I finally decide that I don’t want to continue this so I ask for gel polish half the nails aren’t even fully polished you have big lumps of polish throughout my fingernail not to mention I need a fill in and literally just got them done nails are uneven a crooked honestly the worst I’ve ever seen in my life literally sitting in another salon as I type this getting my nails fixed

1st & last visit! There was no wait so I rated 3 star. However, they deserve a 2 star! The guy who did my simple manicure tried to skimp me on the full service, poor job on cuticles & polish was streaked at the bed of my nails! When I questioned him he got an attitude. Never again!

Over priced and rude. He cut my cuticle and made me bleed. He didn’t give me a discount or even apologize. Then he took a chuck out of my real nail without acknowledgement. They advertised colors that weren’t available in the dip. He was throwing my hands around, not considerate ,and not consistent. Will not go back and would never recommend.

Left previous polish on nail and when asked about it Nu Nygen got really upset and aggrevated. I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix the problem. He then threw his hands up and walked off...Not to mention this over priced Fill In...Customer Service and Services Has gotten really Crappy Over the Years! Will never come back.

Believe the reviews.. when I went the lady next to me that was finishing up her pedicure told me I may as well leave and at first I was confused until she told me how they made her wait forever. I waited because I was desperate for a pedicure. Everyone who worked there seemed pretty mean and had no personality. The guy who did my pedicure was an exception though, his name was Phil. He was actually nice but I hate to say it.. he didn’t know what he was doing. He didn’t remove all of the dead skin as thourougly as he could have it looked like he didn’t know how to use the tool so I am probably lucky or else he would’ve cut me. Which he did poke me a few times but I didn’t bleed. As my pedicure was wrapping up his boss seemingly instructed him to do another young lady next. From what I could understand he was supposed to be able to go home and didn’t want to do the other lady’s.. this is only relevant because he got so distracted that he didn’t add my top coat. At first I thought he was multi tasking and was letting my polish dry a bit before adding the top. But then I saw him starting the other ladies water and sitting down.. I polieltely asked him about my top coat and he said he forgot he thought he had done it.. he quickly noticed he didn’t and did it.. and that’s not all.. he left me in the pedicure seat to dry. I had to ask if I could go to the Empty drying station to dry faster. I don’t understand why he wanted me to air dry. I even noticed what seemed to be a regular customer tell the lady who sits in the front bye.. she told her by name.. and the lady just threw her hand up and continued what she was doing lol.. if they treat their regulars like that there is no hope for newbies oh and did I mention they are OVER PRICED!! A basic pedicure is $29. No gel Nothing but regular polish
