Loved it! It's so hard to find quality service and Miguel did an excellent! He did exactly what I asked for. I'm not too fond of the color but that was my mistake not his. Overall quality service and reasonable prices!

This place is soo nice and clean, Kelly did my pedicure and she was so nice and gentle Definitely coming back to her. Everyone was so nice and helpful they gave me ice cold water and did such a beautiful job on my toes. Thanks Gloss Nail Bar I will be back in 2 weeks 😊❤

I really like the environment. Very clean and cute. It’s really fun that you can get drinks. The technicians are overall pretty nice. Yet, the dip here last about half the time as other places I have been. When I went the first time, my friend’s nails chipped the very next day (we did not know about the week we have to get them fixed at the time). Mine were alright, although they grew out faster than usual and the bottom of my nail was exposed after about a week. We decided to give them a second chance. Same friend, hers chipped within a week. Mine started getting cracks shortly after. Now, not even two weeks after getting them done, there are cracks in all my nails. No chips but I am now concerned that my actual nail will be ripped off when these cracks break open or off. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with the nail job. The pleasant atmosphere is not worth it at the end of the day if my nails don’t last.

Nails are done fine, depending on who does them. However, front desk & technicians are very rude. Because of this, I’ve been going less and less. Recently, I called to make an appointment and was told I wouldn’t need one. I urged to make one just in case and was still told no. I got there & they were busy. I explained that I was told to not make an appointment & the receptionist was very rude. Saying she remembers my call and there was nothing she could do at that point (even though I was going off her advice of not making an appointment). I will not be returning here after the many chances and experiences.

Overall, I had a pretty great experience. Got the signature Mani and pedi and with it you get 2 drinks. Everyone is kind, place is clean. Only reason not five stars is I went with 2 friends and both of their fingers smudged and one tech didn't do a third coat for a color that definitely needed three coats to look even. My friend didn't realize until her nails were almost dry. I felt that they rushed putting the coats on which made it more difficult to dry well and uniformly.
