Worst naii salon EVER. Giving 1 star just because I have to to post. Horrible prices, didn't explain services, and when I told the girl what I wanted, an acrylic full set, she spoke/understood such little English that she did the wrong service and in the end the man at counter said "$55.00, how you pay?". Told him I'm not until you charge me for the service I asked for or you can drill them right off!! Rude from the second I walked in until the second I walked out, and when all was said and done I sat down and told them either they could charge me for what she was SUPPOSED to do, or redo them to what I asked for in the first place. When he realized I meant it, finally I paid for what I was supposed to get which was STILL OVERPRICED. Go ANYWHERE else for better service and prices. I switched to Vernal Nails, they are awesome!

Lilly Nails is amazing. They knocked it out of the park with my manicure and beautiful pedicure. Maybe it's me but I think the price is fair. I am not there for friendly conversation. I like that the ladies do not really talk to the customer. I am not there for smiles. I just want beautiful nails, and my pedicure with quiet me time in the massage chair. Lilly Nails is the only nail salon I trust. I walk out feeling like a true queen, pampered and happy with the service always. I think many people do not say more specifically what they want. If you are not happy with a treatment procedure, please do not sit there, sulk, and go with it. Speak up and say no that's not what I want the minute you notice an issue. I actually clarified what I want and did not want such as do not cut my cubicles and do not push hard. The young woman providing my requested treatment listened and took care of me. I am a regular customer for several months. My nail treatments last 3 weeks before I ever need a fill for my manicure. My pedicures are flawless and last 5 to 6 weeks. If I wanted them to add any 1 service. They need to add eyebrow tattoos. Other than that missing part, Lilly Nails is absolutely the best.

I liked this place the first few times I’d gone. I think the pedicures are nice and they usually are good about taking walk ins. However, last few times I go to get a fill and they don’t push cuticles back so the nail base is uneven.. my nails are crooked and shaped differently, some nails aren’t painted entirely so I have blank spots... pretty unhappy with the way things have gone

I always leave Lily’s happy! Sally takes care of me and the experience is worth paying for. It’s a good place. Very clean. You get what you pay for ladies!

She filed my real nails told me to wash my hands put gel polish on n charged me 30$.... I requested a manicure with gel polish, but she did not soak my hands or cut my cuticles, literally filed my nails and painted them. 30$ smh I could get a full set for that price.
