I went here based on a recommendation of an acquaintance because I thought her nails looked awesome, and I wanted mine done for my wedding. She recommended Candy, so I made an appointment with her. I guess I had Candy do my nails because they asked if I knew who Candy was. Then there were jokes made about it as in anyone could do my nails because I didn't know her. My nails look crooked and some tips are bigger than my nail beds. I had rhinestones added because she said it would be better than the pic I showed her. The stones started falling off the next day which was my wedding day, and I didn't have time to go back. Also I had to have another nail tech fix or do my right thumb nail because Candy couldn't get it to dry. I would give 5 stars to the older lady who did my pedicure because she was nice and did an excellent job! Needless to say I won't be going back.

This was our first time at Happy Nails. They were busy on a Thursday evening. My daughter and I both got acrylics. We felt rushed and for spending $100, that shouldn’t happen. We had different manicurists. Mine turned out flawless and hers had one crooked nail, which she didn’t notice until after we left. You need to be very specific about what you want. The man doing my nails never asked what shape I wanted. I finally pointed out what I wanted when I saw he was starting to shape the nails. No one we spoke with ( front desk guy, male and female manicurists, sorry didn’t get names) was very friendly.
It was dark in this place which I don’t like especially as it makes it hard to judge cleanliness. I doubt we will return here.

My best friend goes to this nail salon exclusively. She loves it and is always satisfied.

I love Happy Nails & Spa! Every since my first visit 3-4 years ago I’ve enjoyed my experiences. Candi and her staff are friendly and professional. In my opinion the best nail salon in East Texas. I’ve been to many salons and the service at Happy Nails is exceptional!

My daughter are very pickey as who does their nails. They were very happy with the end results of getting their nails done. Looking forward to coming back. The masks I bought were nice.
