Have used this place for years and was very satisfied but last time I visited, had a young teenager do my nails. She cut the side of my foot and scrapped my big toe and it bled. Was not at all happy with my pedicure on this visit and haven't been back. Also every time I have been in lately, they are always trying to get me to upgrade when all I want is a basic pedicure. They should respect their customers wishes.

This place is so terrible.. The guy who does all the nails is grotesquely rude.. He doesn't like to take direction, and uses outdated techniques. He literally tried to intimidate me by handling my hands roughly when I tried to critique him on how I wanted my nails done. I explained to him how I came across his shop in casual conversation, and he assured me that his staff and the way he did things were different. But shortly after when I explained to him that he wasn't doing my nails the way I wanted them he said, " Now I see why they didn't do your nails at the last shop."..."I don't like customers who are picky"..."it's not that serious you'll get them done in 2 weeks anyway".. I was so upset and I felt so disrespected. It took him a whole 45minutes to do my nails (not including the drying process) and my nails still looked mediocre. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Not only was my experience terrible, but I also over heard a fellow patron saying that they had been waiting a whole hour to get serviced. By far the worst Nail Salon on Holcomb Bridge Rd

Penny does a great job! Together with her colleagues, I had a great experience having a mani & pedi. Penny also encouraged me to have my eyebrows done. Never having had my brows professionally done before, and as I was going out of the country on vacation, I thought why not! SO glad I did! What a great job and I was SO happy with the results. Thanks Penny, see you again soon !
