I'm not really a fan of getting pedicures but I like the end result so I get one every few months. I've been going to Signature nail so since they opened. The quality of the techs varies by days. I prefer to go at slow times but end up with the C team. My most recent visit, I went on a Friday afternoon, the tech was much better. Everything is autoclaved and the water doesn't circulate through pipes to bubble which makes it much more sanitary. Staff is always friendly and the most I've had to wait as a walk in is 5 minutes.

Great service and friendly staff. Very accommodating as well. Nick does excellent work!

I arrived at the salon about 9:20. Sat waiting for 30 minutes or more JUST to be told they couldn't service me and I'd have to come back in 2-3 hours, between 12:30 -1:30. Yes, it's now 10:00. Before leaving, I sat there for another few moments to get my plans together since I'd drove 35 minutes from Raleigh to get there and surprise SURPRISE, they served someone else that came in after me. Even if that person had an appointment, they could have simply said WHEN I GOT THERE that they were booked and to come back another time. Why dilly-dally around, let the client pick out polish, let them continue to wait & THEN tell them you're not going to serve them?
Very unprofessional. Hands Down.

Wonderful nail salon!! Nick is the best-does cuticle removal like no one else!! Very customer oriented. Always able to accommodate appointments and walk-ins.

Had a wonderful experience after a long day. Got a pedicure with a warm neck pillow and the mango treatment. They were friendly, professional, and clean. I will be returning
