I went into Big T to shop, Saturday September 29 and decided to go ahead get my nails done. I liked my nails and was satisfied when I left. I paid $100 total not including tip for manicure and pedicure with gel.
Fast Forward to Friday, October 5. By this time my nails were broken and the color was fading. While at work I happened to notice one of my nails broke. (Ladies we all know gel nails are to last between 3-4 weeks or even longer there is no way my nail should have chipped). Then later on during the day I noticed the gel polish started to discolor and fade.
After work I go back to the nail shop in Big T. To get my nails fixed. Before I could even get to the nail shop another nail broke.
The owner (who tried to lie and say she wasn’t the owner) told me she would fix the broken nails and add diamonds back but I would have to pay an extra $15 to fix the gel polish. AINT NO WAY IN HELL IM ABOUT TO PAY YOU AGAIN FOR A SERVICE I ALREADY PAID $100. FOR. SHE NEEDED TO FIX EVERYTHING FOR FREE. I let her know how I felt and remained professional (Because they always think we are Ghetto) UNTIL she called a white racist police officer on me and refused to FIX my nails. The white officer was very rude and tried to escort me off the premises.
Two ladies approached me and begged me to let it go before the officer pulled his gun out on me. They also asked me to please file a lawsuit. SUPPOSEDLY THE OWNER OF THE NAIL SHOP IN BIG T HAS DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES. Even went viral on Facebook. They told me they purposely use cheap acrylic and call regular polish gel.
TOLD me three people have already filed law suits on the owner after she threw acrylic in their face, water, and gel polish. WELL SHE MESSED WITH THE WRONG ONE!
DON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE ! They need to go back to nail tech school ! I had a mani and pedi done my pedi was sucky ! And my nails look thick and uneven !! If you’re looking to have thick dinasor looking nails this is the place to go !! I only went here because they are open late ! I would have done better with press on nails !!

got my indivual eyelashes done and they did not last one night she did say i could come and get them redone but i live in Richardson so its still costing me to go back one day really so pissed😠😠😠😠

They are horrible. Over priced
