I placed a large order & when picking it up discovered I had someone else’s order. Sadly due to allergies (tuna) we could not eat what as in the bag I called & was told by Maggie the manager they realized the error & would give me a in-store credit of about $40 (my order was close to $39). I said that was fine tho I don’t frequent that store but she said it would be in their book.
Of course I went to use my credit & Maggie no longer works there & manager Carmen has not returned 2 phone messages. No one seems to know about a book with credits.
I guess that’s Mike’s way of cheating people.

Love going to Jersey Mike's. It is an easy win for the whole family. I always get the #7 Turkey done Mike's way. Perfect.

I tried for my first time Jersey Mikes sub, to tell you True , I don’t find nothing special , the same sandwich we can make home put some salami mayonnaise or ham , and some vegetable and that’s it , but the price for a long it’s really too much like 14 $ , somebody says it’s jersey Mike’s subway it’s more fresh, I didn’t feel it is just a sandwich

Not impressed at all by the treatment here not even average service. Good small talk but move like snails, I don't write reviews normally but this was very disappointing

Love the staff here they always make you feel welcome and happy. They are very clean and they make you food with love.. 100
