Very dirty place, the plaxie glass seem never been cleaned. Kept being asked to get higher priced service, said no then that guy got rough on my nails. Thought my nails were burning when he was filing... very rude... speaking another language with other workers there. Not recommended never gonna go there NOOOO

I visited over the weekend for the first time and I am so happy! I tried the powder dip manicure and my nails literally look better than ever before. My pedicure the same. They weren't overly friendly or talkative but not bad customer service by any means. At the end of the day they did an amazing job and I'm fine to sit there in silence if my nails look this good!!

This place is amazing! Toni is my favorite. I am not what you would call a girly girl but I am new to the area and decided to get my nails done here. Toni was an absolute delight! I have been back again to do a fill and he not only remembered me but even knew my favorite style of nail to have and just went right to work. I will continue to give them my service for years to come!!

Only because I have to give them a star. The staff is so rude. They do not do what you ask. The guy (owner) thinks he is all that. Never smiles. ALways gossips. The meanest I have ever met. I hate places that make you feel uncomfortable and you have no idea what they are saying.

The lady went so fast, she shredded my cuticles. Would do her own thing, and wouldn’t listen to what I asked. Made me bleed several times on various fingers. When she initially finished my gel set, my nails were all bubbled and uneven. I asked her to redo them, which she did, and on the second time, my pinky was still bubbled and uneven. I again had to ask her to redo that finger after she said it was “alright.” They only took 3 bucks off the cost. Some nails are still bubbled. Would NOT recommend. Never going back.
