Amy is a joy to be receiving services from! She is professional, prompt, and a very kind hearted woman. On top of all of that she is amazing at what she does! By far one of the best nail technicians I’ve encountered in Richmond. I am a AFRICAN AMERICAN woman and I’ve ALWAYS felt welcomed by her. She is able to answer and questions or concerns regarding the health of my nails and I respect her professional and knowledgeable advice! She is creative and innovative and I would never go to anyone else! I pass a ton of nail shops traveling from Chesterfield to Williamsburg Road but I would never stop at any other place! The 35 min drive is always worth it! She is honest and fair and shows respect to her clients! Anyone who thinks differently are mad because they obviously couldn’t have their way! Thank you to Amy for all of her hard work and dedication to her craft and her clients!

Tammy is the greatest ever!!!!! Very professional and kind and more like a friend rather than just someone who does my nails. Best nail tech in the shop does a remarkable job very passionate about her work. Always getting compliments on my nails and always recommending Lady Nails. Customer for life.

I love love love Lady Nails! It’s a bit of a drive from where I live- about 30 minutes but i don’t mind making the drive for Amy! She always accommodates when I want to make an appointment & will squeeze me into her busy schedule. She does an amazing job on my nails every visit whether I’m getting a fresh full set or just a fill in. I have never left disappointed with my nails, they look BOMB every time! I’m always getting compliments on my nails & make sure to tell them Amy did them & to check out her insta for all her work. Best nail tech ever 💕

I heard so many good reviews about this place so i had to go...Well I found out Amy only see people by appointments only. They aren't really friendly with new comers , only regular clients seem to get treated good & you will wait about 25 minutes for a eyebrow wax. The man did my nails ok.....nothing spectacular.. I think i will stick to my own nail salon where they are aleays friendly and courteous.

I for the life of me do not understand why the reviews are good. First, this place is disgustingly dirty. It hasnt been cleaned in years. Secondly, Amy is by appointment but from what i saw she like the other techs does not sterilize her equipment or clean her station. I won't be back and for the safety of diabetics or those with skin disorders i dont recommend you go either.
