There are many nail salons in the area, but you will never catch me in any other one but Essence Nail Spa. Their Talent, dedication, and cleanliness are unmatched in the area. Their prices are reasonable and all of their staff is very talented and friendly. I know that I am well taken care of here and I have been going here for all of my powder gel fill needs for a year. I cannot highly recommend them enough

I went in to get a regular gel manicure and get pedicure yesterday 9/5/18, manicurist was nice but rushing through gel manicure. I was not expecting to have peeling chipped gel nail polish the very next day on 9/6/18. Not even a full day later. 5 nails chipped and one completely peeled off. After working and picking up my daughter I thought I could go get a refund for this terrible manicure. All owner said was she could fix it or come back and fix it which is not always easy with a tired 2 year old. Owner was very disrespectful, very loud and condescending. Owner was laughing in my face and said there was nothing more to be done. Although I was upset I did not raise my voice, while she continued to laugh and talk to other customers in front of me. It's my birthday this weekend and I just wanted a nice simple manicure, the service was minimal at best. Spa Credit was given to me and I honestly would not even go back to use that.

I went for a pedicure and the gentleman that did it was talking so much to a female worker in their language, he was clearly upset over something that has just happened and looked like he was training her. He cut me twice and polished my toes and then decided he forgot to put the slippers they give you to walk around in, and never put the toe divider so your toes don’t touch etc. He was all over the place and not focused on his client. The polish they have are OLD and want you to spend more money on gel for toes etc.. This USE to be the place to go to a few years ago, now it’s all about the $$. They need to update their polish and train the staff better, the Spanish young girl is the only one who knows how to do a real pedicure. Wouldn’t go back for free!

Absolutely LOVE Jackie! She's very detailed, always learning new and up to date ways on how to keep long nails healthy, long lasting and fabulous. Her variety of nail colors and designs are the best and she appreciates your business, which is always important to me!
