Went here for nails last minute to do my nails my regular nail place was not being available. Every one was nice you know the fake nice . I was first annoyed by the insistence of using the color she chose for me cause it’s more “beautiful “ not the color I said I wanted. She used already used old tools on me after I asked are they clean. The bag was clearly a regular reused bag . She was like Yes!! On top the gel polish is already chipped after a week on solar nails wich I never have experienced. That’s nail polish fault right . It also took 1:30 for a refill. It was cheap though 35$ this was my experience

On vacation and needed my nails done. No appointment. Worked me in. Professional. Very good job. My nail tech took his time and I never felt rushed. I got the dipped nails and I wish I could take this place home with me. Sadly, we probably won't be back to the New Braunfels area but I would definitely recommend this place again and again.

I have tried many nail salons in New Braunfels. I love Model Nails mostly because the quality you receive is provided with a super competitive cost. 25.00 and my feet feel great after my pedicure. They will scrub and scrub to get them smooth. They do not cut corners. The massages are fantastic too. You can also add a scrub for 5.00 without being forced to upgrade to a higher pedicure. I love it!

Stopped on for a pedicure while I was on vacation. The man was very rough with my feet, painfully rough, I thought I was going to cry. When I got to the hotel I noticed a little blood on my heel, that night my heels hurt so badly that I had to sleep with a pillow under my ankles because just touching the sheets was painful. It is a week later, I have been wearing bandaids on my heels because the skin is so thin it is painful to the touch. I can't wear anything other than flip flops & I walk with a limp due to painful pressure on my heels. Don't go here, not sure if he just didn't like me or if he was just this terrible with everyone...I even gave him a $5 tip because that is just how I am. Now I am regretting not letting out the screams I was keeping in as he was scraping every layer of skin off my heels.

I have been coming here for awhile now and Tina is the best because she does it great and they last very long!!!
