Went into the vision center to fulfill a contact order. Well actually, to inquire about several different contact brands and prices. The employee was more than patient and helpful with all the questions I had. She did some research and found me the absolute best price I could get, not only that, she gave me trial pairs to hold me over until I received my order in the mail! She truly went above and beyond! Very thankful and pleased.

This location is standard to most others, with some departments excelling in variety and stock whereas some do not. However, my recent experience was more than irritating. I was needing assistance in the electronics department in getting an item with an extremely limited quantity. The only worker available to help was with another customer. This was fine with me. Ten minutes passed. Another party came and interrupted the worker's conversation for assistance despite my being there. The second party asked for the item I needed and got it. Turns out the worker wasn't even helping the one guest--they were having a light conversation instead.This made me spend 35 minutes and 16 miles driving out of my way to another Walmart that had the same item available.

Love Walmart! This store...Not so Much. It's dirty and they treat you like a criminal here.
So, on a recent visit. I needed to try on some pants. After, seeing several employee's there, I finally found someone who could allow me into the dressing room to try on some jeans. The jeans weren't quite right, so I sat down to put my shoes back on. My white socks were now dark grey on the bottom from standing on the floor. Then, my wife and I finished our shopping and we proceeded to the check out where we were pleasantly surprised about how nice the young person was at the register. I had to go to the bathroom. Yuck! The mens bathroom...it smells like a cat litter box. The Pee smell is overwhelming. I guess due to a lot of dried pee on and around the urinal. When we left, we were greeted by an employee at the door who insisted on seeing our receipt, even though that very employee watched us checking out at the register just to their right by the entrance. Are you kidding me. I have a hand full of stuff and you want me to put this stuff down on the floor so you can see my damn receipt after you watch me go through the checkout line. Even though this store is closer to my house, I prefer to drive the extra few miles to Spring Mills Walmart, where the employee's and customers are much better. It's like a totally different class of people there. Also, the selection of shoes and clothing is much better at Walmart in Spring Mills.

Getting in and out of the store with what you came for isn't too difficult if you aren't run down or involved in an accident in the unholy war zone that is the parking lot.
The store itself is a Walmart, so expect the usual soccer mom on a cellphone buying out the dairy section before a rainstorm, the 800-pound behemoth scooting about on a power chair, and the geriatric man in the tank top and jean shorts ranting about something to a young employee who is too busy staring at the ground while stocking a low shelf to notice.
The aisles aren't too dirty and the lines usually aren't any longer than other Walmart locations but there is another Walmart very close by in Spring Mills that is much nicer and staffed by friendlier, more helpful people.
This particular Walmart has a small Auntie Anne's pretzel outlet that is pretty decent for a quick snack.
Overall an unfortunate locale dragged it down to 2 stars.

Waited 15+ minutes at the Deli counter only to have the employees go to the back to disappear and check their phone. Yes, I saw this as I was trying to find someone to help. Unfortunately the lady in front of us had been there much longer and was still waiting when we decided to leave. Had I not been with my husband I would have left the cart full and went to Martin's. Extremely disappointed.
