Have been there a few times for a mani and pedi, and enjoyed the experience each time.

Two and a half hours for a mani/pedi. Unsanitary, reused plastic "shower cap" on pedicure basin. Wrong color gel polish, only one coat, didn't polish the side edge of two nails, filed nails again after polishing them. Charged more than the price I was quoted. Never again. You don't get what you pay for here. I've never seen two more disorganized people in my life.

Had a pedicure...i wish staff didn't generalize foot care. Every set of feet are different and some may need extra care like in my case. I had to keep guiding the technician to what she missed as far as a callous and dead skin on my heels she got it eventually but it does get frustrating

Super pleased!! Staff is nice and take their time. I love how they have a $10 off after so many visits!
