Recently decided they don’t take appointments, only walk-in clients. Walk-in they say you can put your name down but it’s “not an appointment” ... call ahead to check... nobody answers.
Walked in and was told I have to wait hours because other people are ahead of me (nobody is in there - and they don’t take appointments) terrible business model.
Either take appointments or don’t. Don’t pretend to not take appointments and make someone who walked in wait hours because there’s a list with nobody in the place.

Tony does great work! He fixed the "chicken nugget" looking nails I'd suffered with for a week, due to poor quality from a different salon. (Payday couldn't get here soon enough!) Highly recommend!!

Understaffed so I didn’t mind having to wait for my nails to get done but I was rushed through. I told the technician I didn’t like the outcome so he tried to fix them and they looked horrible. I know it’s busy and they are having a hard time finding help but they need to slow down. All my nails are a different shape and I told him that, but if he kept shaving them down my finger nails would look like toothpicks. Also had dip powder and the clear gel all over my fingers afterward.

I just went this morning here- 9 am sharp- my nails were done in 45 minutes, but i stayed for 15 more minutes just to make sure they were dry... this was the first time i had ever been to a nail salon ever- i have really bad picked nails, and my senior prom is friday, and my 18th birthday in in little over a week.
I askes for a full set acrylic nails, tiny bit coffin shaped- they turned out completly awesome! :) it was completly awesome- i will definetly go here again- they changed my life.... :) :)
Only other thing is? I cant texr on my phone with nails... hahq....
(I got light pink nails with gold and broze and white sparklys on top... ) :)
