This salon is so amazing! The atmosphere is clean, peaceful, quiet. My nail technician did an amazing job with my gel pedicure and acrylic set; it's flawless and is what I wanted! The one issue I had is the miscommunication over the nail shape; I asked for square, she gave me coffin. My foot was also scratched during the pedicure; the board she used for the callouses slipped over my foot and left a mark, which burned after the hot towel. But other than that, it was totally great. I'll be coming back every month!

I have been going to Halo spa frequently for the past three years or so and have never experience what I experience today. Upon arrival a nail technician who appears to be new stated that she would be doing my nails. I showed her the design that I wanted which was very basic, and she proceeded to do my nails in the manner that she wanted to do. For time sake in consideration of the other customers waiting, I began working with her to achieve the design that I want it but she was not able to produce it. Following that I asked her if she could simply polish over the mistake that she made so that I could pay and be on my way. She began exhibiting an attitude and asked me if she could use some type of foil like design to mimic what I was looking for. I kindly agreed and she proceeded to do the design which was worse than what she did before. I kindly asked her to again Polish my nail in one color and she began having an attitude slamming the supplies around as I waited for her to fix my nails. Mind you my 10-year-old daughter sitting next to me witnessing all of this bad service. I asked her if she was OK and she began exhibiting more of an attitude and begin to slam the supplies I then said to her if you’re going to have an attitude I am willing to work with somebody else to finish the job and she got up in the middle of doing my nails and walked away and never came back. While this was all taking place the owner/manager witness the entire thing. In fact the owner was sitting right next to me. I convey to her the importance of professionalism and customer service and expressed that I never experienced such disrespect at her shop since attending there. I asked the front desk receptionist to come over and help de-escalate the situation, but she made it worse by dismissing what I was saying and indicating that the nail technician got up and walked away from me in the middle of my service to go service another appointment. I must say that I am utterly disappointed in how I was treated. I am completely offended. I will not condemn the entire business because this is a shop that I have frequented many times however I will say that how I was handled was very poor. I think the thing that really puzzled me was the fact that the receptionist, in the midst of knowing how I was treated, set the side of the technician and how she treated me with a poor excuse. That is not customer service and I must say that you must be careful with how you treat your customers because you never know you might be entertaining. The one technician that was available to help remove portions of the nails that were apply to my hands came over to assist me as I begin removing my nails manually myself. I appreciate this woman and gave her the large tip that I planned to give the technician that serviced me initially. Update 12/21/19:
I contacted the salon later that day to speak to the owner and was told that she would call me back. My purpose for wanting to speak to her was to inquire about what actions she would be taking to rectify the treatment that I received from her staff, most specifically correction to ensure that no other customer of my demographic experiences what I experienced in the future. The owner assured me that she would enforce corrective action with the staff involved and openly admitted that she witnessed the events and that the behavior displayed towards me was completely degrading. She said she would call me back to update me and never called me back.

I just left a few minutes ago and I am beyond happy with what I left with. I’ve been many times but I never thought to leave a review. If you know anything about management you can tell they’re actually very well managed and they’re constantly thrown curveballs every which angle. I believe the manager or owner was doing my nails (only because everyone seemed to ask her questions) and though she may have had to stop here and there she did a phenomenal job and was always polite and thankful of my patience. I am thankful I found this place a few years back. I don’t plan to change anytime soon!

Lisa was beyond impressive and I an super excited to have found this nail ship and Lisa as a bail technician! Great service, clean & super helpful

Literally the best nail salon in the area. My technician, Lee, was legitimately a master. Got a gel manicure and quicki pedicure and it looks fantastic. The whole process is so relaxing and you even get mini massages. Don't waste your money anywhere else.
