Went for a pedicure. Finally was my turn and she did a half as job. Kelley didn’t let me sit there so they can dry off. Literally put my sandals on and sent me off... then when paying the Manager was pushing me to tip her... I said no thank you. I will never go back.

My daughter and I had a great experience here. My daughter got dip powder nails, and she was very happy with the outcome. I got a hot stone massage pedicure by Kay and it was wonderful.

I told the male salon tech 3 times I wanted my nails SOAKED off. He proceeded to use the plastic tips to rip them off and completely ruined my nail beds. Not to mention how bad it hurt. It was the first time I have ever had a bad experience there. I was very disappointed that he didnt know enough English to understand me. That or he didnt care. ☹ Now I will go to a different salon to try and fix his mistake. All of the ladies there are awesome. He is not.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years. Yesterday I came in for a pedi. It was great, I enjoyed it, could of rubbed my feet more and less on the leggs. They tend to do that. I have a few set of nail polish called "the new black" it comes with 5 colors. Basically one color for each toe/nail. Now i have used these colors tons of time at this shop. I would come in when i was pregnant 3 week to a month to have my nails filled or a full set and pedi. And i would use the different sets i have. My spa pedicure was $28 and when i went to pay they told me $33??!! I asked why? I believe her name is wendi replied. Oh we charge $5 dollars for the nail polish. 5 polishes, one dollar each. I replied, i have never paied for that, but she insisted i have and always have paid that amount. I argued back, no i have not!! I informed her she has charged me for length of my nails, shape, or special powder BUT NOT FOR COLOR!!! She then replied, you haven't? ? And said she would not charge me this time, but next time she will. I feel this salon singled me out for my polish, this is BULL!! BEWARE LADIES , you might want 8 nails oainted one color and two painted another and they will charge you a dollar. Also THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR!!! I had one headphone in, so it's not like i could not hear. And if you write a bad review and go back 6 months later to give another try, they will butter you up, give you the best service and then tell you to take down the bad review that was left since its all better now! Im DONE with this place . REMEMBER I dont NEED YOU!!! YOU NEED YOUR CUSTOMERS TO KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS.
