There is a lot to be said. I am deaf. So there is a communication barrier before a language barrier is considered.
I just had my nails done and I am removing them. It is crowded to many people on top of not being equipped to handle language barriers like mine.
My nails look like my kid did them. The edges were not cleaned up the treatment I received when I booked an appointment said I would be there early because I am deaf. Is absolutely humiliating.
The dipped acrylic is uneven and the finishing clean up on the nails wasn't done in a satisfactory manner.
I think for other people it is a fine and enjoyable experience.
If you have a language barrier related disability just don't go. They showed patience kindness in dealing with me but due to not being able to communicate I wasted their time and my money.

This place is amazing! I brought in a picture of what I wanted, and I got exactly what I asked for. We were seated quickly and taken care of so well. Very clean, professional and relaxing. I will definitely be returning!

I had Googled nail salons in the area after visiting a few that left me less than satisfied. I came across Yeah 1 and booked an appointment for myself and mom. It was all over - we were hooked! I have had different technicians every time and never once left disappointed. They are nice, remember faces/names, talk with you without all the background chatter/gossip you sometimes see at salons - they are always professional. I highly recommend you try them out if you are out looking for your new nail home.

Na gives the best pedicures I’ve had since moving to the DFW area. She pays a lot of attention to the feet and takes her time. Good customer service and does not rush. She always removes my ingrown toenails and extra skin without me having to give direction. When I leave, my feet feel new. Her pedicures last weeks. As long as she works at Yeah 1, I will be a customer.
The owner is also very nice. The salon serves complimentary drinks with your service.

Mia is the best! So glad I found her! She is very sweet and makes sure every client loves their nails. I’ve gotten 3 sets done by her and I love them every time!!! She’s always able to do exactly what I want when I show her a photo. Everyone wears masks as well.
