Have never had a bad experience here and i feel like al the ladies do a great job to get the nail shape and length you want. Highly recommend doing gel nail polish. They have a great color selection and it seems to last longer then other salons!

My mom and I went in for manicure / pedicure. No acknowledgement. Had to ask prices. Not posted. Service extremely slow. They didn’t want to give change. Will never go there again!!!

I had an upsetting experience with an employee. The service was bad enough that I left before my manicure was complete. This use to be great business, but the service is not what it used to be. Save yourselves some heartache and go elsewhere!

I went to this salon today with my mom. I wish there was a 0 star rating. My mom and I both got pedicures and acrylics. During the pedicure they yelled at my mom and said don’t touch the lotion on your legs! It was very odd...I wanted natural looking acrylic nails. I showed the lady (a manager) a picture. Through the nail session I asked her to make them shorter very kindly. She said my fingers were too “chubby” and it would look bad. I assured her I wanted them short. She shortened them but not by much. My thumb nails looked like clubs. I asked if she could file them to make them look more natural. She dropped my hand down and yelled at me. My jaw dropped to the floor. She said she wasn’t done yet and screamed at me. She said I can’t expect movie star nails and that I was LUCKY to have her doing them for me! I was so shocked I told her that I was paying money and wanted a certain style. She kept yelling at me. I was so upset and embarrassed and I told her how unkind and rude she was. It was uncomfortable after that, obviously! The lady who did my moms nails cut her nails after my mom specifically asked her to not cut them. Even though my mom didn’t like her nails she thanked the lady and was very kind. The lady looked at her and did not say anything.
I have never had an experience like this ever and I don’t get my nails done but maybe a few times a year. It was so clean and pretty inside and that’s why I chose to go here. It was $70 for my service and I literally was yelled. My nails look absolutely horrible. They are crooked and bumpy and look like fans. So gross. I hope they learn to just treat people kindly..

Always friendly and they take the time for you. They dont rush you when other people come in. Love that about them.
